]]> Sandra and My Weekend…. http://greg.trumpfheller.us/2018/04/22/sandra-and-my-weekend/ Mon, 23 Apr 2018 00:50:13 +0000 http://greg.trumpfheller.us/?p=7725 This weekend Sandra and I  spent doing things for her art business.  We started Friday night at Ink Therapy, in Sanford NC.  Her art. as well as 2 other artists are featured in this upscale tattoo shop.  I don’t want to use the term “tattoo parlor” to describe it, as many images can come to mind when using that term.  This is a very well kept, clean place, run by Nico Boncales.  Here is a video of Sandra describing some of her paintings….(I apologize for it being sideways, this is off of the owner’s FaceBook.

Saturday, we were in Hillsborough for the Art in the Heart of Hillsborough.  It was our first outdoor art/craft festival, so it was a good learning experience.  We parked the camper at Jordan Lake (Crosswinds Recreational Area) since both places were about 30 minutes from there, yet over an hour and a half from the house.  We set up early Saturday and spent the day talking to people and trying to sell!!

Although we did not sell as much as we would have liked, we did learn a lot about getting ready for festivals…..and I hope that we can do some more and I really enjoyed the camping part!!!
