Spent 5 days in Uhwarrie National Forest on the game lands hunting with some friends.   I think it was more of a camping trip for me than it was a hunting trip…LOL.  It was great to be with friends and have some time in the woods to reflect.  The weather went from cold to warm back to cold!!  The wind picked up and the leaves hitting the tent almost sounded like rain.  It was a fabulous 5 days!!

Harley and I were testing out the new Napier Truck Bed Tent and Coleman Cot. We are planning a quick trip up to Falls Lake for a couple nights to test them out for real. I am not to worried about the cold (planned 65s during the day, 50s at night), but the possibility of rain. Not sure if I want to go if there is a 70% or higher chance of rain. I was planning on going kayak fishing and spending some time out ON the water, not IN the water!
